Creamy Cottage Cheese Dressing

Ingredients
  Low fat cottage cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Skim milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Hard cooked egg yolks 2
  Radishes 4 , quartered
Directions

1. Place all ingredients in blender.
2. Chop only until pepper and radishes are finely chopped, not minced. Refrigerate.
