Western Sun Salad

Ingredients
  Blue cheese 1⁄4 Pound, crumbled
  Salad oil 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Grated lemon peel 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Seasoned salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Navel oranges 6 , peeled and cut into bite-size pieces
  Assorted salad greens 1 1⁄2 Quart, chilled
Directions

Combine blue cheese, oil.
lemon peel, and juice in a small deep bowl.
Beat with an electric mixer until smooth.
Add sour cream and salt and mix well.
Cover and chill at least 1 hour to blend flavors and mellow.
Place orange sections and salad greens in a large bowl.
Add dressing and toss lightly just before serving.
