Sweet Peppers Stuffed With Garlic Cheese
|White onion||1 Large|
|Ricotta cheese/Cottage cheese||16 Ounce|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm)|
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Pinch (Generous Pinch)|
|Mixed herbs||1 Bunch (100 gm) (Parsley, Dill And Chives)|
|Freshly ground white pepper||1 Pinch|
|Sweet red peppers||2|
Peel and grate the onion.
Peel and chop the garlic; sprinkle with the salt and crush.
Finely dice the pickles.
Clean, wash and finely dice the celery with the leaves and chop the herbs.
Mix all prepared ingredients with the cheese, setting aside 1 teaspoon of herbs for garnish.
Season the cheese with the pepper.
Halve the peppers, remove the seeds and membranes but leave stem.
Wash the pepper halves, stuff them with cheese and sprinkle with herbs.
