Butter Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce (At Room Temperature, 1 Package, 227 Gram)
  Butter/Margarine 50 Milliliter (At Room Temperature, 1/4 Cup)
  Confectioners sugar 750 Milliliter (3 Cups)
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)
Directions

Assemble Mixer.
In small mixer bowl, cream cream cheese and butter at MEDIUM-LOW.
Add sugar and vanilla extract.
Mix at LOW until sugar is moistened then at MEDIUM until smooth.
Use to frost Hawaiian Fruit Cake
