Butter Cream Cheese Frosting
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce (At Room Temperature, 1 Package, 227 Gram)|
|Butter/Margarine||50 Milliliter (At Room Temperature, 1/4 Cup)|
|Confectioners sugar||750 Milliliter (3 Cups)|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)|
In small mixer bowl, cream cream cheese and butter at MEDIUM-LOW.
Add sugar and vanilla extract.
Mix at LOW until sugar is moistened then at MEDIUM until smooth.
Use to frost Hawaiian Fruit Cake
