Blue Cheese Ball

Ingredients
  Cream cheese/Reduced-calorie cream cheese 8 Ounce, softened (1 Package)
  Blue cheese 4 Ounce, crumbled (1 Package)
  Milk 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped pecans 1 Cup (16 tbs), toasted
  Chopped fresh parsley 1 Tablespoon
Directions

In medium bowl with mixer at medium speed, beat cream cheese, blue cheese and milk until smooth and creamy.
Stir in chopped pecans.
Cover; refrigerate about 2 hours or until firm enough to shape.
Shape cheese mixture into ball; roll in chopped parsley to coat.
Garnish cheese ball with additional pecan halves, if desired
