Curried Cream Cheese Roll
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Chutney||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped fine|
|Curry powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Roasted and ground soy sprouts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cream cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), softened|
Mix with chopped chutney, and curry powder to taste.
Form into a roll.
Roll in soy sprouts, completely covering outside.
Chill and serve with crackers.
Any leftover makes a good stuffing for celery or tomatoes or spread on bread for a chicken sandwich.
