Pear And Blue Cheese Salad

Ingredients
  Sour cream with blue cheese 3 Tablespoon
  Plain yogurt 1 Tablespoon
  Pears 2 Medium (Fresh)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Lettuce leaves 4
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Fresh pear 2 Medium
Directions

Combine sour cream and yogurt; set aside.
Cut each pear in half; remove core.
Cut each half into 4 wedges; brush wedges with lemon juice.
Arrange pear wedges on 4 lettuce-lined plates.
Top each serving with 1 tablespoon yogurt mixture.
Sprinkle with paprika.
