Savory Cheese Pockets

Ingredients
  1% cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Skim milk 1 Tablespoon
  Shredded zucchini 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese 1 Ounce (1/4 Cup)
  Dill weed 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Onion powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Whole wheat pita breads 2 (6 Inch)
Directions

In a blender or small food processor, blend or process the cottage cheese and milk until smooth.
Transfer the cottage cheese mixture to a small bowl.
Stir in the zucchini, cheddar cheese, dillweed and onion powder.
Cut each pita crosswise in half to form 2 pockets.
Fill each pocket with the cheese mixture.
