Fruit And Cheese Mould
|Lemon gelatin||6 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Boiling water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Dry white wine||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Plain yogurt||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Fresh fruits||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Of Your Choice)|
|Shredded cheddar cheese/Swiss / monterey jack cheese||2 Ounce (1/2 Cup)|
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir in wine.
Gradually beat gelatin mixture into yogurt.
Chill till partially set (consistency of unbeaten egg whites).
Fold in fruit and cheese, Turn mixture into a 5 1/2- or 6-cup mold.
Chill gelatin several hours or overnight till firm.
