Shredded cheddar cheese/Swiss / monterey jack cheese
2 Ounce (1/2 Cup)
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir in wine.
Gradually beat gelatin mixture into yogurt.
Chill till partially set (consistency of unbeaten egg whites).
Fold in fruit and cheese, Turn mixture into a 5 1/2- or 6-cup mold.
Chill gelatin several hours or overnight till firm.
