Ingredients
  Lemon gelatin 6 Ounce (1 Package)
  Boiling water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Dry white wine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Plain yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Fresh fruits 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Of Your Choice)
  Shredded cheddar cheese/Swiss / monterey jack cheese 2 Ounce (1/2 Cup)
Directions

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir in wine.
Gradually beat gelatin mixture into yogurt.
Chill till partially set (consistency of unbeaten egg whites).
Fold in fruit and cheese, Turn mixture into a 5 1/2- or 6-cup mold.
Chill gelatin several hours or overnight till firm.
Unmold.
