Fluffy Cream Cheese Frosting

  Fat free cream cheese 8 Ounce (1 Cup, At Room Temperature)
  Skim milk 1 Tablespoon
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon (Or Other Flavored Extract Of Your Choice)
  Sugar substitute/5 tablespoons granulated fructose 2 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Light whipped topping/Nonfat cool whip 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Eliminate The Sugar Substitute Or Fructose, If Using Nonfat Cool Whip)

In a medium bowl, cut cream cheese into small pieces.
Add milk, vanilla, and sugar substitute.
Beat together until creamy and smooth.
Whisk or beat in your choice of topping.
