Fruity Cream Cheese Topping
|Fat free cream cheese||6 Tablespoon (At Room Temperature)|
|Seedless fruit only jam||2 Tablespoon|
|Cream||1 Teaspoon (Or More, If Needed)|
In small or medium bowl, cut cream cheese into small pieces and beat with electric mixer until smooth.
Add the jam you have chosen and beat into cream cheese or swirl it in by hand.
Do the taste test to see if it has enough flavor for you, and add some more jam if necessary.
If the mixture is too thick, add a teaspoon or more of cream to thin it to a good consistency for spreading.
