Orange Cottage Cheese Mould

Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope)
  Cold water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Orange juice 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Low fat cottage cheese 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Small Curd)
  Unsweetened crushed pineapple 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), drained
  Mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Sprinkle gelatin over cold water in saucepan. Place over low heat, stir constantly until gelatin dissolves. Remove from heat.
2. Add other ingredients. Stir until well mixed.
3. Pour into oblong pan or 8 individual molds. Chill until set.
