Stuffed Edam Cheese

Ingredients
  Whole edam cheese 1
  Dry sherry 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Prepared mustard 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1 Dash
  Heavy cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Remove red wax coating of cheese.
Cut a 2-inch piece off the top.
Carefully scoop out the cheese, leaving a 1-inch thick shell.
Grate the cheese and blend with ingredients in order given.
Stuff the shell.
