Ingredients
  Reduced calorie margarine 4 Teaspoon (1 Tablespoon Plus 1 Teaspoon, From Tub)
  Minced onion 1 Tablespoon
  Elephant garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Elbow macaroni 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Part skim ricotta cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Shredded cheddar cheese 1 1⁄2 Ounce
  Grated parmesan cheese 4 Teaspoon (1 Tablespoon Plus 1 Teaspoon)
  Freshly ground black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

1. In 2-quart casserole, in microwave oven, melt margarine on High 30 seconds. Stir in onion and garlic; microwave on High 1 minute.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients, mixing well to combine. Cover and microwave on High 3 minutes, until heated through. Let stand 1 minute.
