Ingredients
  Goat cottage cheese/Cottage cheese 1 Pound (At Room Temperature)
  Goat cream cheese/Cream cheese 1 Pound (At Room Temperature)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Heavy goat's cream/Heavy cream 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Strawberries 1 Pint
Directions

1. Line 6 coeur a la creme wicker baskets with a double thickness of muslin moistened in water.
2. Beat together the cottage cheese, cream cheese, and salt until smooth.
3. Gradually beat in the cream. Pour the mixture into the prepared baskets. Draw the muslin over the top of the cheese mixture and place a small weight on each basket. Place the baskets on a rack, over a platter, and let stand at cellar or refrigerated temperature overnight.
4. Unmold the baskets onto serving plates and garnish with strawberries.
