Learn making these Brazilian style cheese puffs. These puffs are simple and delicious, perfect for eating with tea.
Ingredients
  Milk 240 Milliliter
  Water 120 Milliliter
  Extra virgin olive oil 120 Milliliter
  Salt 5 Milliliter
  Eggs 2 Large
  Parmesan cheese 240 Milliliter
  Tapioca flour 500 Milliliter
Directions

Mix milk, water, olive oil and salt and stir at medium heat. Bring it to boil and remove from heat and cool. In a bowl crack eggs, mix parmesan cheese. In another bowl take tapioca flour and mix milk, water and oil mixture to it, then the parmesan egg mixture. The batter should be doughy wet. Put drops of the batter on a baking sheet. Bake it for 20 minutes at 190 F. The Brazilian style cheese puffs are ready.
