Yes, the Superbowl is coming up… And yes, I realize not many of you care about it! :-) Today, we wanted to give those of you who have to go to Superbowl parties a raw food recipe to bring with you. It’s called Not-Yo Nacho Cheese bites…
Ingredients
  Carrots 3
  Walnuts/Sunflower seeds 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), soaked and rinsed well
  Green onions 4
  Garlic clove 1
  Tomato powder 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Cacao powder 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Cilantro To Taste
  Cumin To Taste
  Cayenne To Taste
  Sea salt To Taste
  Tamari To Taste
  Cashews 1 Cup (16 tbs), not soaked, just rinsed well
  Yellow pepper 1⁄2
  Tamari 2 Tablespoon
  Nutritional yeast 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Lemon 1 , juice
  Turmeric 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

For the Bite

Cut a piece of Romain Lettuce in four bite size pieces

Top with a bit of nacho ‘meat’, ‘cheese’, and garnish it with chopped up tomatoes and avocados.
