Date Cream Cheese Spread

Ingredients
  Cream cheese 16 Ounce (2 Packages, 8 Ounce Each, Fat Free / Light)
  Unsweetened pitted dates 8 Ounce, chopped
  Skim milk 2 Tablespoon
  Walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
Directions

Process all ingredients in a food processor or blender until mixed evenly.
Transfer to airtight container and store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

Tried this last night at a function - it was absolutely delicious and I don't usually like dates! Served as a dip with cripy garlic bread and celery sticks. I could have eaten the whole bowl - in fact I ate most of it!
