Crispy Cheese Wafers

Ingredients
  Whole wheat flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sharp cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Onion salt 2 Teaspoon
  Celery seed 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Oil 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Water 3 Tablespoon
  Buttermilk 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Preheat oven to 425° F.
In a small bowl, combine flour, cheese, onion salt, and celery seed.
Add oil, working mixture with your fingers.
Add water and buttermilk a little at a time until evenly mixed, and dough holds together and is workable.
Divide dough into thirds, and roll between wax paper to thickness of 1/8 to 3/16 inch.
Cut into circles and other shapes with cookie cutters about 1 1/2 inches in diameter.
Place on ungreased baking sheet.
Prick wafers with a fork.
Bake in preheated oven about 7 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool on wire rack.
Store in airtight container.
