Tyropitakia Cheese Pastries
|All purpose flour||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Provolone cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
In bowl, combine flour and cheese; cut in butter till crumbly.
Stir in milk and mix well.
Divide dough into 24 pieces.
Roll each piece into a 5-inch rope.
Shape into wreaths on ungreased glass pizza plate.
Cook, 12 at a time, at MEDIUM HIGH (7) for 5 minutes; turn pastries over.
Cook at MEDIUM HIGH (7) 1 1/2 minutes.
