Rhubarb With Cheese
|Granulated fructose||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Soft white bread crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Grated cheddar cheese||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
Place half of the rhubarb in a layer on the bottom of a lightly greased baking dish.
Sprinkle with half of the fructose.
Place half of the bread crumbs in a layer on top.
Sprinkle the cheese over the top.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 to 35 minutes or until rhubarb is tender and cheese is browned.
