Yogurt Coeur A La CrÃ¨me
|Yogurt cheese||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Heavy cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Fresh strawberries||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1. Combine the yogurt cheese with the heavy cream and mix very well. Turn into a cheesecloth-lined 1-quart heart-shaped basket or two small ones. Fold the ends of the cheesecloth over the cheese mixture and weight with cans. Place over a bowl and refrigerate overnight.
2. Unmold onto a plate and surround with fresh berries.
