An addicting cheese that is made for grilling - or frying in a pan. Add one ingredient and you have a delicious appetizer to serve with red wine.
1 Pound, sliced into 1/2 inch thick pieces
1 Large, juiced (as required)
1. GRILLING: Directly put the cheese on the grill and cook till golden brown.
2. PAN: In a pan, squeeze lemon. Place the cheese on the lemon juice. On medium heat cook the halloumi cheese till golden brown.
3. In a serving plate, serve the cheese garnished with lemon juice.
