Hot Cheese Squares

|Cheddar cheese||1 Pound, grated|
|Monterey jack cheese||1 Pound, grated (Hot)|
|Evaporated milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Place grated cheeses in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Combine milk, eggs and flour.
Pour over top of cheeses.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
Cut and serve.
