This recipe is great for the vegans who love cheese in sandwich. The Grilled cheese recipe is made quickly and is very simple. Try it specialy if you are keeping very busy. The recipe is just right for you.
Ingredients
  Whole wheat bread slices 2
  Vegan cheddar cheese slices 2
  Earth balance 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Put 1 tsp of Earth Balance on each slice of bread. Assemble the sandwich with the dry sides of the bread facing inward. Put into a hot pan over med-high heat on one side for one minute.
