Salted Cheese Straws

Ingredients
  Butter 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cheddar cheese/American / swiss cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Cayenne To Taste
Directions

Mix soft butter, cheese, flour and seasoning.
Put through a cookie press with star blade onto cookie sheet.
Dry out in 350° oven for 10-15 minutes.
Do not brown.
