Baked Cheese Fondue
|Eggs||3 , separated|
|Condensed cream of celery/Chicken/mushroom soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Small bread cubes||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Shredded sharp cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Cheddar Or Process)|
|Dry mustard||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry; beat yolks until thick.
Combine yolks, soup, bread, cheese, and mustard; gently fold in whites.
Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole.
Bake at 325°F. for 1 hour.
