Cottage Cheese Crust

Ingredients
  Butter flavored shortening 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs), sifted
  Low calorie cottage cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Cut shortening into flour; then add cottage cheese and mix into a smooth dough.
Wrap dough in plastic wrap and chill for at least an hour.
Roll to desired shape.
