Peach Cream Cheese Pie
|Whip n chill||15 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Graham cracker prepared crust||1|
|Frozen sliced peaches||20 Ounce, thawed and drained (Two 10 Ounce Packages)|
|Apricot preserves||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Prepare Whip 'n Chill as directed on package.
Soften cream cheese; beat with sugar until smooth.
Blend Whip 'n Chill into cheese mixture.
Pour into crumb crust.
Chill 3 hours.
Arrange layer of peaches in a circle on top of cream cheese mixture, all pointing towards the center.
Melt apricot preserves, and brush over top of peaches.
Cool and serve.
