|Sauterne/Other dry white wine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Garlic clove||1 Medium, minced|
|Swiss cheese slices||4 Ounce (4 Slices, Natural)|
|Condensed cheddar cheese soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Cubed french bread/Italian bread cubes||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
In saucepan or fondue pot, simmer wine and garlic.
Combine cheese and flour; gradually blend into wine.
Heat until cheese melts; stir now and then.
Blend in soup; heat, stirring until smooth.
Spear bread with fork or toothpick and dip into fondue.
