|Bread slices||2 (Cut Into 1/2 Inch Cubes)|
|Shredded sharp cheddar cheese||4 Ounce (1 Cup)|
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Crumble sausage into medium skillet.
Cook over medium heat until browned, stirring occasionally.
Drain off any drippings.
Spread bread cubes in greased 1 1x7-inch baking dish; top with sausage and cheese.
Whisk eggs, milk, salt and mustard until well blended; pour over cheese.
Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until set.
Let stand 5 minutes before cutting into squares; serve hot.
