Peach Cream Cheese Pie

Ingredients
  Orange juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Gelatin 2 Tablespoon
  Orange 2 Teaspoon
  Fat free cream cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Frozen low fat nondairy whipped topping 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Thawed)
  Peach slices 16 Ounce, drained and chopped
  Frozen pie crust 1 (Baked)
Directions

In a small saucepan, heat the orange juice until simmering.
Pour into a blender or food processor.
Add the gelatin and orange extract.
Blend for 30 seconds or so before adding the cream cheese, topping, and peaches.
Blend until smooth, another 20 seconds or more.
Pour quickly into the pie crust.
Refrigerate 3 hours or so before serving.
