Lemon Cheese Pillows

Ingredients
  Butter 1 Cup (16 tbs), softened
  Cream cheese 6 Ounce, softened (2 Package)
  Confectioners sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  All purpose flour/Self rising flour 2 3⁄4 Cup (44 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grated lemon peel 4 Teaspoon
  Dry cottage cheese 3 Pound (1 Carton)
  Eggs 2
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

In large mixer bowl, combine butter, cream cheese, confectioners' sugar, 2 1/4 cups flour, 1 teaspoon lemon juice and 1 teaspoon lemon peel.
Mix at low speed of mixer until a dough forms.
Cover; chill 30 minutes.
In large saucepan, combine remaining ingredients; blend well.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thick.
Divide dough into 4 parts; roll each on floured surface to a 9-inch square.
Cut into 3-inch squares.
Place 1 tablespoon filling in center of each square.
Fold dough in half and seal edges.
Place on lightly greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 350° for 22 to 25 minutes.
Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar, if desired.
