Cream Cheese Frosting
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce|
|Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (corn oil)|
|Fructose||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Beat cream cheese, margarine and fructose together in mixer until smooth.
Add vanilla, if desired, and continue beating until creamy.
Spread over cake.
