Ingredients
  Eggs 9 Large
  Gruyere cheese/Emmenthal 6 Ounce, grated
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Italian bread/French bread loaves 2 , cut into cubes
Directions

Beat the eggs in a flat pan until the whites and yolks are well mixed.
