Apple Cheese Dessert

Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 1 Tablespoon
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sharp cheddar cheese 1 Ounce, shredded
  Apple juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Apples 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Granulated sugar replacement 2 Teaspoon
  Prepared nondairy whipped topping 6 Teaspoon
Directions

Sprinkle gelatin over water in saucepan.
Allow gelatin to soften for 5 minutes.
Heat over medium heat until mixture is warm; then add cheese.
Stir to dissolve gelatin and melt cheese.
Remove from heat and stir in apple juice.
Chill until the consistency of egg whites.
Now combine grated apple, lemon juice, and sugar replacement in a bowl.
Toss to mix.
Stir into slightly thickened gelatin mixture.
Transfer to six individual molds.
Chill until firm.
Unmold and top with nondairy whipped topping.
