  Neufchatel cheese 8 Ounce (1 Package)
  Low-fat cottage cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Tofu 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Honey 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped raisins 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped sunflower seeds 1 Tablespoon

In a small bowl, combine all of the ingredients and chill.
