Lobster Fondue In Shrimp Soup
|Frozen condensed cream of shrimp soup||20 Ounce (Two 20 Ounce Can)|
|Milk||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Soup Can)|
|Shredded sharp cheddar cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lobster||1 Cup (16 tbs), cut up (Cooked/Canned)|
|Italian bread loaf/French bread loaf||1 , cut in cubes with a piece of crust on each cube|
In a fondue pot, combine soup with milk and heat over low heat until mixture steams.
Add cheese, lobster, paprika and cayenne.
Heat, stirring often, until cheese melts and the mixture is hot and bubbly.
Stir in sherry.
Spear bread and dip into fondue.
When the cheese has been finished the pieces of lobster may be speared and eaten.
