Cream Cheese Mints

Ingredients
  Softened cream cheese 3 Ounce (1 Package)
  Powdered sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 2 Teaspoon
  Mint flavored food color 1 Teaspoon (Adjust Quantity If Needed)
Directions

Beat cream cheese until fluffy.
Stir in sugar replacement, water, flavoring and food color. (Dough may be divided into parts and different flavorings and food color added to each part.) Knead or work with the hand until dough is smooth.
Roll into small marble-size balls, press each ball firmly into cavity of mold, and unmold onto waxed paper.
