Fusilli With Three Cheese
|Fusilli||16 Ounce (1 Package)|
|All purpose flour||1 Tablespoon|
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Fontina cheese||1⁄4 Pound, shredded|
|Mozzarella cheese||2 Ounce, shredded|
|Grated parmesan cheese||3 Tablespoon|
|Coarsely ground black pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Minced parsley||2 Tablespoon|
1. In saucepot, prepare fusilli as label directs; drain. Return fusilli to saucepot.
2. Meanwhile, prepare cheese sauce: In 2-quart saucepan over medium heat, melt butter or margarine; stir in flour until blended; cook 1 minute. Gradually stir in milk; cook, stirring, until mixture boils and thickens slightly. Stir in cheeses and pepper until sauce is smooth and cheeses melt.
