  Fusilli 16 Ounce (1 Package)
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 1 Tablespoon
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Fontina cheese 1⁄4 Pound, shredded
  Mozzarella cheese 2 Ounce, shredded
  Grated parmesan cheese 3 Tablespoon
  Coarsely ground black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Minced parsley 2 Tablespoon
Directions

1. In saucepot, prepare fusilli as label directs; drain. Return fusilli to saucepot.
2. Meanwhile, prepare cheese sauce: In 2-quart saucepan over medium heat, melt butter or margarine; stir in flour until blended; cook 1 minute. Gradually stir in milk; cook, stirring, until mixture boils and thickens slightly. Stir in cheeses and pepper until sauce is smooth and cheeses melt.
