Simple Sunday Brunch

Ingredients
  Bread cubes 1 Quart
  Ham 2 Cup (32 tbs), cooked and cubed
  Cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded
  Skim milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Eggs 3
Directions

Place bread cubes on a cookie sheet; toast and dry in oven.
Spray a 9 x 13 in. (23 x 33 cm) pan with vegetable spray.
Layer bread cubes, ham cubes, and cheese.
Combine milk and eggs in a bowl; beat to blend.
Pour over ham mixture.
Cover and refrigerate over night.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 40 to 45 minutes or until set.
