Easy Three Cheese Fondue

  Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  All purpose flour 1 Tablespoon
  Reduced fat milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Shredded cheddar cheese 8 Ounce (Mild Or Sharp, 2 Cups)
  Cream cheese 3 Ounce, cut into cubes (1 Package)
  Crumbled blue cheese 2 Ounce (1/2 Cup)
  Ground red pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Hot pepper sauce 6 Drop
  Assorted fresh vegetables 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Dipping)

Heat margarine in small saucepan over medium heat until melted.
Add onion and garlic; cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes or until tender.
Stir in flour; cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Stir milk into saucepan; bring to a boil.
Boil, stirring constantly, about 1 minute or until thickened.
Reduce heat to low; add cheeses, stirring until melted.
Stir in red pepper and pepper sauce.
Pour fondue into serving dish.
