Chocolate Fondue Or Fudge Sauce

Ingredients
  Semisweet chocolate chips/Semisweet chocolate 12 Ounce, broken into small pieces
  Unsweetened chocolate square 1 Ounce, cut up (1 Square)
  Heavy cream/Half and half 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Cut up fruits/Large marshmallows/cubes of cake/ice cream/sorbet 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

1. In a 1-quart mini electric slow cooker, combine the chocolates and cream.
2. Cover, plug in, and cook 1 1/4 hours, stirring twice, until the mixture is melted, smooth, and hot. Stir in the vanilla.
