Chocolate Fondue Or Fudge Sauce
|Semisweet chocolate chips/Semisweet chocolate||12 Ounce, broken into small pieces|
|Unsweetened chocolate square||1 Ounce, cut up (1 Square)|
|Heavy cream/Half and half||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Cut up fruits/Large marshmallows/cubes of cake/ice cream/sorbet||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1. In a 1-quart mini electric slow cooker, combine the chocolates and cream.
2. Cover, plug in, and cook 1 1/4 hours, stirring twice, until the mixture is melted, smooth, and hot. Stir in the vanilla.
