|Butter||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Leek stick||2 , sliced (Mostly The White Part)|
|Ground peppercorns||2 Teaspoon (10 Milliliter, Pink Colored)|
– In a skillet, melt butter and saute leeks without browning tor 10 minutes over low heat until they begin to separate. Season with salt, pepper and pink peppercorns, stir and serve.
