Blue Cheese Ball
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce, softened (1 Package)|
|Blue cheese||4 Ounce, crumbled (1 Package)|
|Dry mustard||3⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Sesame seeds||2 Tablespoon, toasted|
|Assorted crackers||1 Dozen (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
1. In small bowl, with mixer at medium speed, beat cream cheese and blue cheese until blended. Beat in bourbon and mustard. With hands, shape cheese mixture into a ball. Wrap with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
