Warm Goat's Cheese

|Olive oil||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
– In a saucepan filled with lightly salted boiling water, blanch spinach leaves for 15 seconds.
– Divide blanched spinach into 4 servings on a greased cookie sheet and garnish each serving with a round of goat's cheese.
– Lightly baste cheese rounds with oil and sprinkle with fines herbes. Heat in microwave at MEDIUM for 20 seconds.
