Brussels Sprouts With Cheese
|Brussels sprouts||1 Quart, washed and trimmed|
|Beef broth||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Grated gouda cheese/Edam cheese||6 Tablespoon|
Bring plenty of salted water to a boil and add the Brussels sprouts.
Simmer 10 to 15 minutes or until tender.
Arrange the sprouts in a buttered shallow ovenproof dish.
Pour on beef broth and sprinkle with grated cheese and nutmeg.
Dot with butter.
Place in a preheated 350° oven for 5 to 7 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
