Brussels Sprouts With Cheese

Ingredients
  Brussels sprouts 1 Quart, washed and trimmed
  Beef broth 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grated gouda cheese/Edam cheese 6 Tablespoon
  Nutmeg 1 Dash
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Bring plenty of salted water to a boil and add the Brussels sprouts.
Simmer 10 to 15 minutes or until tender.
Drain.
Arrange the sprouts in a buttered shallow ovenproof dish.
Pour on beef broth and sprinkle with grated cheese and nutmeg.
Dot with butter.
Place in a preheated 350° oven for 5 to 7 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
