Halloween Cheese Wafers

For my cheese wafers, I removed the zip and decided to roll and cut them into 
fun shapes for Halloween and Thanksgiving.
Ingredients
  Cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Pound, grated
  Butter 5 Tablespoon, cubed
  All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 400* F.
2. In a food processor, combine cheese, butter and flour.
3. On a piece of parchment or waxed paper, place the dough and shape into thick flat circle. Refrigerate for one hour or overnight.

MAKING
4. Roll the dough and cut out shapes with cookie cutter.
5. On a baking sheet, place these cookies and bake for 15 minutes.

SERVING
6. Serve with milk or juice.
