Cream Cheese Pudding

A quick dessert recipe, ready in about 5 minutes
Ingredients
  Cream cheese 1 Pound
  Heavy cream 1⁄2 Pint
  Powdered sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Irish cream 4 Tablespoon
  Chocolate 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (for garnish)
Directions

Preparation
Soften the cream cheese with a hand mixer or table top mixer until smooth.

Add the heavy cream and mix it well.

Add the sugar and continue to blend.

Add the Irish Cream and mix it into the “pudding”
Place in serving dishes and garnish with shaved chocolate. Tip: use a vegitable pealer to make your shavings

Chill and serve.

Depending on how healthy a portion you are dishing out, this recipe serves anywhere from 4-8.

I originally developed this recipe for an ex-girlfriend of mine. I was young then. Anyway, I have since perfected the recipe and even used it on a submission to the Food Network. It only takes about 5 minutes, its quick and easy.
