Cream Cheese Pudding
|Cream cheese||1 Pound|
|Heavy cream||1⁄2 Pint|
|Powdered sugar||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Irish cream||4 Tablespoon|
|Chocolate||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (for garnish)|
Soften the cream cheese with a hand mixer or table top mixer until smooth.
Add the heavy cream and mix it well.
Add the sugar and continue to blend.
Add the Irish Cream and mix it into the “pudding”
Place in serving dishes and garnish with shaved chocolate. Tip: use a vegitable pealer to make your shavings
Chill and serve.
Depending on how healthy a portion you are dishing out, this recipe serves anywhere from 4-8.
