Tangy Blue Cheese Vegetables
|Cream cheese||3 Ounce, softened (1 Package)|
|Crumbled blue cheese||2 Ounce (1/4 Cup)|
|Milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Whole mushrooms||4 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 jar)|
|Frozen mixed vegetables||16 Ounce, thawed and drained (Combination Of Peas, Carrots, Cauliflower, 1 Bag)|
|Canned french fried onions||2 4⁄5 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Whole mushrooms||4 1⁄2 Ounce, drained|
Preheat oven to 375°.
In medium saucepan, combine cream cheese, blue cheese and milk.
Cook and stir over medium heat until smooth.
Stir in mushrooms, vegetables and 1/2 can French Fried Onions; pour into 1-quart casserole.
Bake, covered, at 375° for 30 minutes or until vegetables are done.
Top with remaining onions; bake, uncovered, 3 minutes or until onions are golden brown.
